We’ve had such a great experience working with PDM, especially Heather and Mike. They’re very detail-oriented and really take the time to understand our business and what we’re trying to accomplish. They go above and beyond in every way, not just doing what’s asked, but always looking for new ways to help us grow. They bring awesome marketing ideas and stay on top of all the latest social media trends, which has made a big difference for us. In addition, they track exactly what is happening with each campaign using real data. It is amazing to know which marketing solutions are working. Most recently, they were a huge help during a last-minute road construction challenge that could’ve really impacted our business. Mike jumped in on the back end to get everything updated, while Heather immediately went to a sign company, helped get detour signs made, and made sure everything was communicated quickly on Facebook and our website. It was an absolute game changer for us. You can tell they genuinely care, and they’re easy to work with. We’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to step up their marketing.
